Too Much of A Good Thing?
The other day, my friend had my daughters over for an American Girl Doll tea party. It was so precious. She really went all out and had everything decked out. Here is a picture of the precious girls with their dolls.
I wish you could have seen the perfectly decorated table. It makes me want to have a grown up tea party.
Naomi’s house is really pretty. I love the way she has it decorated. But, the best tip I picked up was hidden away. As we were getting ready to leave, my daughter announced she needed to use the bathroom. I waited patiently outside the door. When she was finished and opened the door, this is what I saw.
Being the polite young lady I am, I could not contain my laughter. Naomi was so embarrassed. She had no idea that her bathroom looked this way. Evidently, her daughter decided to build a little tower with the toilet paper. There was another lady there who said she saw it, but unlike me, kept her comments to herself. She was so sweet she didn’t say a word. I, on the other hand, do NOT have a poker face. Good thing this was done by a 3 year old and not her mother!!!!
This is the same child that thought she would be the next Vice President!
What have your children “redecorated” in your house? We would love to hear your stories!
Don’t forget about the three different ways you can win Lazy Loot this week! Our topic of the week is decorating, so submit your tips. You can either do that using “Submit a Tip” in our sidebar or in the Lazy Lounge in the decorating room.
