Alright Ladies, My daughter is having a ”Party Like A Rock Star” 9th Birthday Bash. Ok here is my dilemma… I am not very good with handling a big group of kids. I need very simple party games that call for the least amount of involvement from me lol I just don't have the patience. Then you have to smile and pretend other peoples kids are being cute when you could really care less. Oh My Gosh I must sound like an awful person but I'm really not. So if anyone has any ideas please help.
How about karaoke? If you don't have a karaoke machine you could probably find a friend that does and borrow it. At nine years old they are old enough to read, it's a rock star party so just turn on the tunes and let them loose.
Similiar ideas would be Dance Dance Revolution, Rock Band, or Guitar Hero. Of course, you would have to own or borrow the right equipment.
Yeah so far I have “Battle of the Bands” My kids have rockband and most of her friends have or have played it so I am going to let them group up in bands. We are also doing the karaoke. My kids have dance dance revolution I didn't even thnk of that great idea!

If you want a “craft” you could buy white t-shirts and have them design their own Rock Star t-shirt with fabric pens. Then they could let their friends sign the t-shirt like they are the band members or groupies. Or you could cut out guitars out of cardboard paper and design their guitar, (but that sounds like alot of work). Set up a table in your garage for them to go to decorate their shirts. Keeps the mess out of your house and divides up the kids so its now so overwhelming.
